Creating work that leaves a lasting reflection.

Amy Matthew is an Orlando-based ASCAP songwriter, lyricist, publisher, author, and multidisciplinary creator. She founded Reflected Lyrical Productions LLC as the home for an original catalog that moves naturally between music, books, musical theatre, television, and film.

Her work begins with emotional truth: the line in a song that says what a character cannot, the relationship that can sustain a multi-season story, or the imaginative world that invites a young reader to see possibility differently. That approach has grown into more than 100 catalogued songs, 21 television concepts, five original musicals, feature-film projects, and published books for adult and young readers.

Amy wrote and co-produced “Favorite Mistake,” the debut worldwide release by Beatzone Boys through Trans Continental Records. Her theatrical slate includes The First Verse, 1944, Athens, This Life, and Havana; her publishing work includes A Song Apart and the Leo children’s adventures.

“Creative careers do not have an expiration date.”

Through Reflected Lyrical Productions, Amy continues to develop artist collaborations and story properties designed for professional partnership, licensing, publishing, production, and adaptation.
